The Challenge

AI-generated text has a unique problem: it always sounds right. The grammar is clean, the structure is confident, the register seems appropriate. But readers often discard it faster than personally written text — and often can't say exactly why. The tone is slightly off. The precision isn't quite there. Something is missing.

Non-native English speakers face a particular trap.

Many professionals feel confident enough in English to use AI freely — and confident enough to assume the result is good. But these days judging a text requires a higher level than producing one. AI has changed the game. And many companies are not giving AI enough thought when it comes to document creation and translation.

For internal use or familiar contacts, AI is probably a real boost. But when your organisation's reputation is at stake, it is not. Not alone. Not without a clear approach.
